Qualitative research

ResearchIronStrike has significant experience with a variety of qualitative research tools, including focus group facilitation, small group facilitation, and one-on-one/diad/triad research interviews. Most of our work has been focus group facilitation in Indianapolis and the Midwest. Often, we are engaged by a company or organization exclusively for this service. We provide recommendations for next steps, and then work in partnership with the client’s existing communications firm, when required, to see those recommendations through.

SPECIFIC TOOLS:

  • Qualitative research surveys to assess your organization’s internal communications effectiveness.
  • Focus group facilitation. In Indianapolis, IronStrike has conducted focus groups for for-profit, government and not-for-profit organizations.
  • IronStrike Ideation™, brainstorm sessions that bring together a diverse group of thought leaders specifically tapped for your business/communications challenge.
