IronStrike Owner/Consultant Myra Cocca, APR, has developed a wealth of experience working with not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities and public relations and advertising agencies in her two-decade career.

She has led branding initiatives, conducted communication audits, strategized and implemented employee/executive communications, conducted media relations counseling and training, and implemented community initiatives on behalf of healthcare, education, food and beverage, economic development, and other organizations/companies doing business in Indiana and nationally. She has conducted focus groups and/or leadership panels with local and national organizations.

Prior to founding IronStrike, Myra Cocca was a vice president at a leading public relations and advertising firm, where she invested 11 years of her career. In 2007, she served as president of the Hoosier Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, the 10th largest PRSA chapter in the nation. She continues on the board in 2011, serves as vice chair of the board of Midwest Academy of Indiana, and is a member of Lacy Leadership Association.

Cocca earned a BA in public relations, an MBA, holds the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) designation, and received training in focus group facilitation from the Burke Institute, Cincinnati.
